How to View all of My Awards To view all of the awards issued to you, simply log onto the redemption site and click “My Awards” button. This screen will display all of the awards you have received, the date, award type, initial balance and current balance. If you do not see the “My Awards” button your redemption site does not contain this feature however, you can track this information offline as you receive awards. How to Redeem Your Award Your award will arrive to you electronically via e-mail delivery or physically via postal/courier service and contain the redemption site URL. Log on to the redemption site to begin your reward redemption experience. Instructions also appear on the award itself. Click “Redeem My Award” to begin the process. The site will walk you through selecting a country in which you wish to view a listing of all merchants, the merchant gift certificates available and the denominations in which the certificates are issued. You can choose multiple merchant certificates from the same country. All merchant gift certificates chosen must be issued in the same currency in order to proceed. Place the merchant certificates in your ‘cart’ and proceed through the checkout process to place your order.
How to Use the “Cart” Feature During the redemption site experience, you can add items to your “cart.” Only items of the same currency (all in USD, or all in EUR etc.) can be added to your cart during any one session. Your cart will maintain those items until you take action. You can edit or delete items in your cart, retrieve your cart to make modifications, resume your redemption experience at a later date or checkout at any time.This feature works for all logged on users. Shopping Online Merchant Gift Certificates When you order gift certificates from any of the merchants in the Shopping Online category you will receive an electronic certificate via email that can be exchanged online and/or by phone by the specific merchant. Redemption instructions are clearly described on the electronic gift certificate. The denominations in which these gift certificates are available are listed on the merchant page in the Shopping Online channel. Thus, if you redeem $75 worth of electronic certificates, you will receive three separate $25 electronic certificates. Please ensure you enter an email address on the order form. Please note that you may incur additional shipping and handling charges when redeeming from 'online' merchants. For example, delivery charges may be applied to actual goods purchased from online merchants when redeeming your electronic merchant gift certificate. This is entirely dependent on the merchants own policy and is described on the merchant's website. Some merchants require that credit card details be entered to facilitate redemption of your gift certificate. Your card will not be debited if the value of your purchases is less than or equal to the value of the gift certificate.
Shipping of Gift Certificates
Merchant Gift Certificate Denominations The merchant gift certificate denominations which are offered through this program are set by the merchant and Globoforce. All available denominations are displayed on the order details screen. Merchant Gift Certificates Expiration Dates Merchant certificates: Expiration dates of merchant gift certificates are set by the individual merchants and therefore will vary by merchant by country (usually 1-5 years). Please refer to the merchant gift certificates to view their Terms and Conditions.You must accept the merchant terms & conditions in order to proceed through the checkout process. Award certificates are usually valid for one year from date of issue. If your award has expired and you need assistance please contact Customer Service, click on “Contact Us” in the upper navigation tool bar of this screen. Shipping Address Details You can save both a home and company shipping address if you are a logged on user. Once these details are saved, the next time you enter the Redemption Site these details will automatically display. You can change them during a session. The latest saved information is what is displayed when you enter the site again. Please note that we cannot guarantee successful delivery if you enter incomplete or incorrect address details. Order Payment Methods Your awards can be used as form of payment against your order balance at checkout. If you are a logged on user, all valid, unexpired awards will appear on the order details & payment screen. Simply check the awards you wish to apply towards your order balance.
How to Track Your Order After you have successfully placed an order, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you which contains a tracking number. You can track the status of your order by logging onto the Redemption site, click “Track My Order” and enter the tracking number. Each item ordered will appear as a separate line item along with the shipping status. Returns and Exchanges All purchases on the reward redemption site are considered final and therefore, can not be returned or exchanged.
