How to Nominate an Award Winner

To nominate the award winner of your choice click on the 'nominate / recognize someone' button on the home page and fill in the required details on the nomination form. Once completed, click the 'proceed' button to send the form to a manager for approval. The relevant manager reviews the nomination details and can either approve or disapprove your nomination. If approved, the nomination form will be processed and the award will be emailed/mailed to the recipient. You will be notified if the nomination has been disapproved.

Award Levels & Award Values

Included in the nomination form is a dropdown of the levels of awards & award values. Select the level of award appropriate to your nomination.

Reasons for Award

You can choose a reason for nominating an award winner from the dropdown menu which appears on the nomination form page. This will be included on the award which the award winner receives.

What Does the Award Winner Receive?

The award winner receives one of the awards in the award program, delivered by mail/email, which can be exchanged for gift certificates from 1,000's of retail outlets worldwide. This award will feature a personalized message in recognition of the award winners' contribution.

How to Approve a Nomination

Once an employee has completed the nomination process, a completed nomination form will be sent to the appropriate manager for approval. In order to approve the nomination simply review the details which have been entered on the form, then click on the relevant section of the 'Approved/Disapproved' dropdown menu on the nomination form. If you wish to approve the nomination click on 'Approved/Disapproved'.

What Happens Once I Have Approved a Nomination?

Once you have submitted the approved nomination form the award order will be processed and delivered to Nominator by mail/e-mail. The Nominator will be sent a confirming email once the Nomination has been approved by relevant manager and the award will be sent out immediately via postal service/e-mail.
